Absolutely dismal service . Made an order and paid in full on 4th April, still not received my order. After trying numerous times to get hold of someone I did and they said the problems are due to Brexit. They said if I still hadn’t received my order within 28 days they could try to escalate it!!! When I paid they told me 10-14 days delivery no mention if 28 days. Sent 2 emails this week and no response so far. Can’t believe a supposedly reputable company has this level of customer care!

PLEASE READSo I recently ordered white Nike air force 1s and they arrived without the metallic lace lock. This was already a terrible experience as I believed I had been robbed of a key aesthic component. Now... I realise I was not robbed of just a lace lock... the shoes are 100% illegitimate Nike. The stitching is poor there's visible glue marks, the leather is unauthentic and the colour doesn't match the images (as sections shown in black are white)This is my first time buying from this company and I cannot understand the lack of care or quality control this company implements which can result in your name and reputation being attached to FAKE NIKE shoes. Such a terrible experience and obviously a company that does not take any pride in the foundation of honesty and reliability. You messed up and don't deserve for this to not be shared with other potential victims in what is essentially a scam.

I received my shoes with black marks on them and the packaging was old. I got a full exchange with an apology in store.

Their prices are competitive and the quality of goods are excellent.Delivery of item was perfect.Couldn't fault them

Never in my entire life will order something from jd or recommend someone to do it!!! I ordered some tracksuit and I never got them, and then when I checked my order spot it was delivered in wrong address in whole different country + they got the worst service too!

I've not received a couple things and had to wait to get my money back if you didn't have them in stock I didnt understand why you taken the money in the first place quality product just poor delivery services thanks

It's not what you'd call ROCKET SCIENCE people... Size DOES matter, but try telling the likes of JD SPORTS (via either) MILLETS, GO OUTDOORS and/or BLACKS to name but a few.
The sites of ALL 3 will be near identical... except fer the name that is. UnFORTUnately?
The SAME can be said of the SIZE GUIDE, KEY to any successful transaction/purchase... unless (that is) you are happy to PAY FOR DESPATCH (then have it returned... again at your cost) REfund (in full) and lose the sale in question?
It's simple enough to understand AND PUT RIGHT, it goes like this...
YOU take a size UK12 shoe, so you check the SIZE GUIDE, and sure enough, your intended purchase IS available in your size... OR IS IT?
ALL 3 SITES will tell you that (in the case of the Peter Storm Howden Hiking shoe) UK12 is an EU47, but when it arrives? Is found to ONLY be an EU46, CLEARLY marked on the box and the TONGUE of the shoe... simples, AND YET? When you bring this to the attention of ALL 3 CS departments, they ALL make like THE THREE WISE MONKEYS D'OH
OH well, it's now in the hands of PayPal.

All orders came in good time happy with service pefer jd using dpd rather than Hermes easier to track orders

Clothes go bobbly, on one of my previous purchases their left the security tag on and it’s still on has shot returns label out just waiting on shop to open to get it took off!! Be out of fashion by then ??
